天津市精美特表面技术有限公司由天津渤海化工集团有限责任公司下属勤发化工有限公司与精美伟业集团共同投资成立， 是集科技研发、生产制造为一体的科技研发型制造企业。公司成立于2007年11月，主要经营汽车类、电子类、军品类、 生活用品类产品的表面处理及配套的注塑与表面涂装，在华北地区同行业中处于领先地位。
企业先后获得市科技小巨人企业、国家高新技术企业、天津市制造企业80强、中国环保事业合作伙伴等荣誉， 公司ABS/PC表面处理产品被认定为天津市杀手锏产品，拥有天津市汽车装饰件表面处理技术重点实验室及天津市企业技术中心， 通过并取得了ISO9001认证、IATF16949认证、ISO14000环境体系认证、邓白氏认证、安全标准化三级认证等国际、国内互认证书等。
Profile
Tianjin jingmeite surface technology co. LTD (JMT) is a JV which is co-founded by Qin Fa chemical co. LTD and JMWY Group. JMT which founded in Nov. 2007 is a company collects R&D, manufacturing together. As a surface treatment leader in North China, main business of JMT is injecting, painting and plating for automotive parts, electronic parts, military parts and other daily use products.
JMT is 'technology giants' in Tianjin, national new high-tech company, top 80 in Tianjin manufacturing company, environmental friendly company. The surface treatment products which is based on ABS/PC is named as a 'sunday punch' by Tianjin Government. JMT's lab and also technical centre is a key lab in Tianjin regarding surface treatment. JMT has certificates as follow, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14000, Dun & Bradstreet, safety standardization level 3 and other important certificate all over the world.

1、一流的生产硬件条件：万级的无尘室，恒温恒湿的喷涂生产环境；拥有多样化自动喷涂设备，规划建设全自动三涂三烤机器人自动喷涂线 。
2、雄厚的技术实力：喷涂现场工程技术人员拥有10年以上的现场施工经验和问题解决能力。
3、多样化产品：中网（哑光/高亮黑），扰流板，前/后保装饰件（高光电镀银），内饰件（仪表盘/把手系列），电镀后彩色喷涂等类型。
3. Painting
1.High level hardware for production: 10000 class dusty free production plant with fixed temperature and humidity for painting line, automation equipment already has, one robot 3C3B painting line is under planning
2.Strong technical capacity: technical staffs on line usually have more than 10 year on site working experience.
3.Product diversification: grilling (matt/highlight), Spoiler, trim parts for former bumper (highlight plating), interior trim parts (instrument panel/ handle), plating and color painting after plating, and so on.

组装车间依据产品组装工艺流程实施单元化组装， 导入精益理念，实现看板式生产,能适合多品种快速切换，共线生产，引入防错漏装盒智能识别设备， 提升产品的组装效率并确保品质。
针对每种成品，实施装箱全检和入库抽验。
针对每个成品，设计和制作成品装配检具，检查成品与配套产品的装配适合性。
The assembly workshop carries out unit assembly according to product assembly process, using visual management. It could manage multi-variety prodution change in one line . It also introduces error-proof and leakage-proof intelligent identification equipment to improve efficiency and ensure quality.
For each finished product, complete inspection before packing and random inspection inwarehousing.
For each kind of product, design and manufacture inspection tools, in order to check the assembly suitability.
