天津精美环保科技与表面工程研究院有限公司（以下简称研究院）成立于2018年7月，由天津市精美伟业集团有限公司、 中国表面工程协会行业专家以及高校、科研院所有关专家共同组建，中国表面工程协会唯一批准建设的以科研、教学、工程研发、 技术人才培养、科研成果转化为一体，以解决制约表面工程领域向节能环保方向发展的瓶颈为目的专业化研究院。
研究院毗邻滨海新区，位于天津市东丽区先锋东路16号。
研究院坚持“以市场为导向、以人才为本、以项目为载体、以平台为纽带、以服务为保障”的经营理念，逐步建立并完善各项规章制度， 不断加强对外交流与合作并同多个高校、科研院所建立了战略合作伙伴关系，引进并吸收了一批优秀人才，为研究院的稳步发展奠定了基础。
Research institute of JM group was founded in July 2018, it was co-founded by JMWY group, experts from China Surface Engineering Association and experts from colleges and other research institute. It is the only research institute approved by China Surface Engineering Association which gets research, training, engineering developing, talent cultivation, achievement transforming together, in order to lead Chinese surface treatment to energy conservation and environment protection.
The Institute is adjacent to Binhai New Area and is located at No. 16 Xianfeng East Road, Dongli District, Tianjin.
Our institute is using idea of 'guiding by market, base on talents, relying on platform, guaranteeing by service', in order to perfect all kinds of management system, reinforce communication with colleges and other institute and make strategic partnership with them.

- 浙江省电网：直流场设备表面自清洁涂层研究技术的开发与示范（2016—2018）。至今已在国内外期刊发表论文80多篇，获得专利7项，协助指导博士十余名，硕士三十余名。 兼任社会职务。

国际表面精饰联盟副主席、中国腐蚀与防护学会副理事长、中国机械工程学会特邀理事，中国表面工程协会副理事长、环保部外经中心专家； 湖北省船舶与海洋工程领域专家、曾任武汉大学学术委员会委员、《中国表面工程》、《装备环境工程》等编委。著有《功能性防腐涂料及应用》等。

Product Application
The research institute, in collaboration with military enterprises and social scientific research forces, organizes product research and development, and has achieved annual results and transformations.
